Laser treatment is very expensive. There are other much cheaper ways of removing acne scars and other skin imperfections that are very effective. I suggest you try dermarolling. Many people have had great results removing their acne scars using dermarolling. You can buy a good dermaroller for around . I recommend using the dermaroller in combination with Retin A cream (which is known to increase collagen production and repair scarred tissue) to achieve maximal results.

Probably not. You'd need to add some pretty heavy pigments to make blue or green skin, I mean not a slight tinge but BLUE or GREEN. Our skin is fairly transparent and even in dark people tends to be in the pink department. If a person had no melanin, you'd need to get a strong enough pigment to mask all the pink stuff under the skin, then dye it blue or green.... that's a lot of pigment.
